These terms govern your use of https://www.toscanoportraits.com and any purchases you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Ordering and previews

Follow the instructions on our website to place an order. We offer an optional preview so you can see how your porcelain portrait will look before it goes to print. Once you approve a preview, we print it exactly as shown.

Please note that the porcelain printing process has inherent colour limitations. Bright red, hot pink, turquoise, and vivid purple tones cannot be accurately reproduced. All other colours are manually adjusted and may differ slightly from your original photo.

In exceptional circumstances — for example, if we are unable to produce the product to an acceptable standard — we may cancel an order. If we do, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before production begins. To cancel, contact us at support@toscanoportraits.com. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because each piece is made to your specifications.

Replacements and refunds

You may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@toscanoportraits.com and we'll refund the product price; the portrait stays with you, since each piece is made to your specifications and isn't useful to us if returned.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 30 days of delivery — at support@toscanoportraits.com. We will arrange a free replacement.

If you are unsatisfied with the result, write to us at support@toscanoportraits.com within 30 days of delivery. We review every case individually and may offer a redo or other fair resolution. Colour reproduction claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, keeping in mind the colour limitations noted above.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason (e.g., a size is out of stock and no suitable alternative is available), you will receive a full refund.

Lifetime warranty

Our porcelain portraits are backed by a lifetime warranty against fading and scratching. If your portrait shows signs of either, contact us and we will arrange a free replacement. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, such as cracks or breaks.

Product variations

Products may differ slightly from website images in colour or design. Dimensions may vary by up to 5 mm from the ordered size. If a size is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary. We will keep you informed of any significant delays. For details on shipping and delivery, see our returns and delivery page.

Special requests

We do our best to accommodate special requests such as rushed deliveries, custom packaging, or modifications to the ceramic. We cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled and will let you know if a request cannot be honoured.

Payment

Payment is required when you place your order. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Available payment methods vary by country and are displayed at checkout.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including images, text, and designs — is the property of ADI PAN SRL and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Changes to the website

We may update prices, product types, and availability at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ADI PAN SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
