Returns and delivery
Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before production begins. To cancel, contact us at support@toscanoportraits.com. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because each piece is made to your specifications.
Refunds and replacements
If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@toscanoportraits.com and we'll refund the product price — the portrait stays with you. Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, there's no need to return it.
If the portrait arrives damaged or defective, please let us know at support@toscanoportraits.com as soon as possible — we'll arrange a free replacement.
If you'd prefer a redo rather than a refund, write to us at support@toscanoportraits.com within 30 days of delivery. We review each case individually and will work with you on a fair resolution.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via express courier and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, including production time. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
